The Black Pearl Golf Course is only a fifteen minute drive from Tuscany. Enjoy playing golf on this beautiful Dyes' par-72, 7,057-yard golf course along the tropical hillsides with views of the Caribbean Sea. Visit the new clubhouse for a cocktail and snack.
Scuba diving is a ten-minute drive to the white sand beach dive shop at Turquoise Bay. Enjoy dining at Turquoise Bay and local restaurants on beaches throughout Roatan.
The lower apartment features a bedroom with Queen sized bed and A/C, separate bathroom with shower and open plan living/kitchen area. This cute and cozy accommodation has a fitted kitchen with all mod cons and a large patio area reached through double doors at the front garden.
The Upper unit has two bedrooms with Queen sized beds, A/C and en suite bathrooms with shower. Each bedroom has doors leading onto the huge veranda with those gorgeous views! Relax in the hammock to enjoy picturesque sunsets and tropical breezes.
The bedrooms are separated by a large and airy open plan living & dining room with a corner kitchen area containing gas stove, fridge/freezer and all other necessities.
At the rear, is a separate and secluded garden patio - perfect for enjoying magical memories of your vacation with a shared cocktail or two under the palapa.
Take a dip in the infinity pool with views of the reef. Private parking and laundry facilities (washing machine) are shared by both units and are found on the lower level.
Tuscany is 25 minutes from Roatan International airport and a mere 15 minutes from French Harbor with dive schools/facilities and restaurants in close proximity. Our property manager will greet you at the airport to assist you with your car rental and facilitate your arrival to Tuscany. A welcome basket of treats is complimentary.
